In today's complex society, it's important to be well informed and prepared. Many times we are faced with making difficult decisions without sufficient information. Circumstances may also place us in complicated situations that could have been handled easily if proper planning had been undertaken.
My name is Nick Giuditta. I represent individuals seeking advice in estate and tax planning, probate, elder law and guardianship matters. These services include preparation of essential legal documents such as a Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney and Living Will. Too often people procrastinate when planning their legal affairs. This can result in lost opportunities such as protecting your estate from excessive taxation and insuring that you, not the State of New Jersey, decide who inherits your assets. The longer you wait to properly plan, the fewer options you will have to achieve savings and avoid undesirable outcomes.
I know that decisions regarding your estate, or that of a loved one, are significant and require timely action. That is why meetings are scheduled expeditiously and telephone calls are returned within twenty-four hours with most being handled the same day they are received.
Please feel free to call me so I can assist you in making the right choices for you and your loved ones. I am committed to ensuring the law works as effectively as possible for you and your family.
Mr. Giuditta is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a trusted, local attorney with eighteen years of experience representing individuals, large corporations, small and mid-sized businesses and entrepreneurs.
